Theodore is a 1 year old Merle Welsh Corgii with blue eyes. He weighs 24 lbs. He is a sweet boy who loves everyone! He is good with kids, cats and other dogs. He would do best in a home with another dog to play with him. He is microchipped, neutered and up to date with shots, deworming and flea prevention and crate trained.
