My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Houdini is a male Siberian Husky. He is approximately two years old, and currently weighs about 50 lbs. He was brought to our shelter on 1/19/25 after being found in Dublin. He hasn't been reclaimed by his previous person, so he's now looking for a new home! Like many Huskies, Houdini is a more active pup! He loves going for walks, stretching his legs in the play yards, and really loves toys, the squeakier the better! He walks on a leash, and knows some other basic skills too, such as "sit" and "down." But he is still learning to not jump when he gets excited, so for now we're looking for a home for him without small children. Houdini is dog selective, meaning he may enjoy the company of some dogs, but not others. If you already have a dog at home, we'll have you bring them to meet him prior to an adoption. He has been vaccinated, neutered, and micro-chipped, so he's ready to go home right away!

His adoption fee is $35, plus licensing (if applicable). His neuter surgery has been sponsored! Houdini qualifies for Fluffy Dog Friday! Adopt him on a Friday and his adoption fee will be waived!
