Life is better with a side of bacon. Kingston Bacon to be exact!
While we’re not positive about his breed, we think there’s some Corgi in there, and definitely some cuteness and fluffiness. He’s a solid little guy at 20-25 lbs and 5-6 years old.
He was surrendered when his family fell on hard times and felt it was best to find a more stable home for Kingston Bacon. He was clearly loved as he is a sweetheart around everyone although he may be a little slow to warm up at times.
He is good with dogs of all sizes and his foster thinks he’d be good with cats as well. While Kingston Bacon has not been tested around children, there are no indicators there would be an issue. He has no food, toy or other aggression issues, and is both crate and house trained. He could use some practice with walking on a leash but should pick up the routine quickly. Speaking of routines, he knows his foster’s mom schedule quite well. And he has figured out how to try and delay her leaving for work by not coming in when he’s called. But as soon as she offers that magical treat, he comes running. Yes, Kingston Bacon is training his foster quite well!
He would thrive in a home where he can continue to receive love and attention and be brushed regularly (his favorite pastime). His foster said he’s as close to perfect as they come and he’s ready to find his forever family.
