This boy with the great smile is Madrid! He arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 3/25 and no one has come to reclaim him. Madrid is now keeping his paws crossed for a new, forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers have enjoyed getting to know Madrid and describe him as friendly, playful, and smart! He knows several commands including sit, down, and stay. If you're looking for a happy-go-lucky pup with an easy going personality, please come meet Madrid!

Madrid is approximately 2 years old and weighs 48 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and tested negative for heartworms. He is neutered and will be microchipped upon adoption. Madrid is waiting patiently in run 876; his ID # is 8949.
