Penelope is a sweet 11-year-old female mixed breed looking for her forever home. She has a gentle and loving nature, perfect for a calm and caring family. Penelope previously lived with Vinnie, an 8-year-old 23 lb dog, and they make a great pair. While adopting them together would be wonderful, it's not a must. She would thrive in a home where she can receive lots of love and attention.
