I recently came to Independence with my mom and we were told from the start that no pets were allowed here, and he’s allergic to cats. I went outta town almost a month ago and when I got back my grandpa was telling me that while we was doordashing this cat ran up to him and tried to get in his DoorDash bag!! He came back with food a little later and went back the next couple days to feed him. The night I got back there was a snow storm on the way and when he told me about this cat I had to let him come to the house until the storm!! My grandpa has a mean old cat so we didn’t want to risk anything. Right off the jump he was super sweet and smart! I keep wondering what his story is, he was very skiddish and seemed scared of us even though he was interacting well. I think he’s a tabby mixed with forest cat or maybe Mainecoon. My heart breaks finally listing him; but the landlord is not happy! The snow lasted weeks so gotten to know him well, and he is definitely a lover.
