My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boo Boo came to us late October of 2024. He weighed about a pound and was so sick and frail. The viral infection that ravaged him did leave his eye permanently damaged. We are glad he avoided surgery to have it removed however he will always have limited vision. He also was diagnosed with a life threatening birth defect called Pectus excavatum. He had complicated and risky surgery in December when he weighed enough to survive the procedure. We can now celebrate with him that after 16 weeks of recovery his body has responded amazing to the surgery, and he no longer is facing a death sentence due to that birth defect being corrected by an amazing surgeon. He has been through so much and can be a little skittish at first around new people or loud noises. He is the most laid back and lovable little guy that we have had the pleasure of taking care of. He is also a favorite patient of the surgery center as well.He loves to play with his foster kitty siblings and cuddle with or beat up his favorite stuffed animal. He has not been around dogs but I think he could adjust. I do recommend that he is not a single pet. He should have a furry brother or sister to play with.He enjoys laying on his foster mom’s lap while he purrs so loud and uniquely. If you are late with his dinner, he will surely tell you and he is not shy in eating.
