Now this guy is a party- meet DISCO! Disco is an approximately two-year-old male Chihuahua mix, weighing around 12 pounds. He was brought to the rescue as a stray and was quite fearful when he first came in to the shelter. Disco has really blossomed and become a friendly and fun little guy with a sparkly personality. Disco is high-energy and loves to zoom around and explore. He walks well on leash but also enjoys being carried and cuddled. Disco is what we affectionately refer to as a "Stage Five Clinger" and wants to be with you and near you as much as possible. If you're looking for a go-everywhere-with-you kinda buddy, you've found him! Disco is social with other dogs he's met so far, and we think he would like a friend in his new home; bring your dog in for an intro. Disco does appear to have some vision issues secondary to a condition called nystagmus, in which his eyes flicker back and forth (you can see this at the end of his video, if you look closely). He is pending an appointment with a doggy neurologist to determine the underlying cause of this nystagmus. In the meantime, Disco is a happy guy who gets around well and loves life. We don't want him to waste one more second in the shelter, if his forever family is out there looking for him. We are happy to do a foster to adopt situation for Disco until his medical is figured out. Frosted Faces Rescue will pay 100% of vet bills prior to adoption.
