My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Bass! I'm a mostly white cat with some black patches, and I've got a story that shows just how strong I can be. I came from a hoarding situation, where life wasn’t always easy, but through it all, I had my brother, Walleye, by my side. We've been inseparable ever since, and we really look out for each other. At first, I can be a little shy—new places and people take me a bit of time to get used to. But once I trust you, I'm a pretty chill guy. I love curling up with Walleye or quietly watching things around me. I’m not the most outgoing cat, but I’ve got a big heart, and when I feel safe, I’m a loyal and loving companion. I do shed quite a bit, so I’ll need regular brushing to keep my fur nice and tidy. It’s a great way for us to bond, and I promise I’ll appreciate the attention! I have to be adopted with my brother, Walleye. We’re a package deal, and we’d love to find a peaceful home where we can both feel secure and loved. If you’re patient and kind, we’ll show you just how sweet we can be together.

I am available at Elk River chuck and dons! Come stop by the store to say hello and take me and my brother home today!

More about this rescue

Angel of Hope Animal Rescue works with cats and dogs from animal controls and shelters. Prior to adoption pets are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, cats are tested for feline leukemia, and dogs are tested for heart worm. At adoption we can help you determine if the pet is a good fit for your home and family. We will share their personalities and quirks with you to help you decide.
