Meet Cooper!
This adorable black pup is full of charm, confidence, and puppy energy! At just 3.5 months old and weighing 10 pounds, Cooper came to us from a tough situation in Fresno, where his future was uncertain. He was abandoned in the holding kennels of a women’s homeless shelter—but luckily, he made it out and is now safe and thriving in foster care.

We believe Cooper may be a Chihuahua-Terrier mix, and we expect he’ll grow to be a small-to-medium-sized dog, around 25-40 pounds full-grown. He may be tiny now, but his personality is anything but! He’s confident, social, and ready to explore the world.

Cooper is still a baby and needs a family committed to his success—through consistent training, daily exercise, and proper socialization. He hasn’t had any formal training yet, but he’s eager to learn and aims to please.

His dream home?

For application updates, forwarding requests, or any questions, contact us at adopt@underdogca.com. This is also the best way to submit additional documents or information. We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest.

Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed.

Our Commitment to Our Dogs
Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including:
• Spay/Neuter surgery
• Microchipping
• DHPP vaccination
• Flea treatment and deworming
• Rabies vaccination
• Any additional vet care as needed

The adoption fee for this dog is $350, serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs. Adoption fees may vary based on specific dog and needs.
