Sunkist, lovingly known as "Sunny" to her foster humans, is a playful girlie who is always on the go! Sunkist is a spry kitten who loves to wrestle and run laps with her siblings. Sunkist is independent and brave, and often figures things out before her siblings - like escaping their baby holding pen! Sunny loves anything she can climb and jump on, making everything her personal jungle gym. Sunkist is confident in new environments and isn’t afraid to explore.
Sunkist was born in a foster home here in MN, after her young mama Fanta was found tied up to a tree and pregant in rural Alabama. Sunkist would love to go to a forever home with one of her siblings - Crush, 7Up, or Sprite. Or, she may be adopted into a home that already has a kitty less than one year of age.
Kittens do so much better in pairs, socially and developmentally! They have a playmate and cuddle buddy, even when their humans are gone. For this reason, our rescue does not adopt out single kittens, to homes without another cat(s).
