My name is Daisy!

We'd like you to meet Daisy, a new arrival here in the Labradors and Friends family. We really don't know too much about this beautiful girl other than she is a gentle angel that has been suffering for some time. We will never know what happened to her for her to end up dumped in a rural area with a severe injury to her rear leg. We were very fortunate that some people found her and alerted us to her dire situation so we could get her immediate veterinary care. 

She arrived Tuesday, March 25th at our vet so she can be checked out by a surgeon to see what can be done for her leg. From the looks of it, the break is so horrific, amputation may be the only solution. The pictures are gut wrenching, bone sticking out, yet she never once acted out toward the people trying to help her. It is absolutely heartbreaking.  

Daisy will be in need of a foster or better yet, forever home once her surgery is done so she can heal in a comfortable loving environment.

We know absolutely nothing about her other than the qualities I mentioned above. The pain must be excruciating yet she is so sweet. We'll update here once we have an update on her medical.
