Penelope (F) is a 14lb 7-year-old Pomeranian who was rescued from a puppy mill. She is ready for a fresh start and requires a resident dog to show her the way. She will be spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She is currently being fostered in Collegeville, PA.
