We have a lot of cats we love; we have two orange cats that are real nervous cats, we have medication we give them that helps keep them calm because when they get nervous, they spray. The older one seems ok if he gets his meds every day. The younger one who is 2 years old is now so nervous about us catching him for the medicine, we can’t catch him to give it to him. The vet just thinks his issue is there are so many cats in our household. He has always been indoors and would not do well outdoors he just needs to be in a place where he is the only cat with love and attention. He will coo at you to get petted on his terms he is sweet and otherwise well behaved. We are in our 60s and with all the other cats we cannot deal with this It is not fair to him or my wife. I am afraid we will need to take him to the pound, and I hate seeing him put down. We love him but do not know what to do. He was born in our garage from a stray and we have had him inside always.
