Cecil is a sweet, gentle male cat with a quiet, reserved nature. He can be a bit shy at first, especially in new situations, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate side shines through. Cecil came to us after the passing of his previous owner, and while he may carry a hint of sadness from his past, he is eager to form new bonds and share his love. His soft purrs and gentle nuzzles speak volumes about his loving heart, and with patience and care, he blossoms into a loyal companion. Cecil may take his time to open up, but once he does, he brings warmth and tenderness into any home.

We are located at 3 Arrow Avenue in Cody Wyoming. Our adoption hours are Monday through Saturday from noon-5:00. We have amazing dogs and cats!

More about this shelter

We are a small animal shelter located in the heart of the old west, Cody Wyoming. The majority of our funding comes from an amazing community of animal lovers who give whenever they can to help the many homeless pets in Park County. We currently have the facilities to care for as many as 25 dogs and 60 cats at a time. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and we are not affiliated with any political action organizations.
