My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Butterbeans, a sweet and shy cat who is looking for a patient and loving home. Butterbeans may appear standoffish at first—her nervousness at the shelter makes her seem distant, but beneath her timid exterior is a heart full of love and potential. With a little time and gentle interaction, Butterbeans starts to feel more comfortable and begins to show her true, affectionate nature. After a few soft pets, she will start nudging your hand with her head and even occasionally rolling over to show her belly in a sign of trust. Butterbeans is just waiting for someone who will give her the patience and tenderness she needs to build her confidence. With the right person, she’s sure to blossom into a wonderful, loving companion.

Great with other cats. Currently sharing a room with 2 other cats and has had no issues. Not bonded but really good friends with Dulce.

All cats and kittens come spayed and neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fees are $50.00 for adult cats and $75.00 for kittens under 6 months old at the time of adoption. Our adoptions are done by approved applications, so you must apply and be approved before being able to meet any of our cats or kittens.

To be approved, you can apply in person or online at:

Applications can take a few business days to be approved and you will be emailed with communications regarding your application
