Meet Maxson!

Maxson is truly the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet—an absolute cuddle bug who’s just looking for someone to love! This gentle guy gets along wonderfully with dogs and cats of all sizes, making him a great fit for a multi-pet household.

He currently wears a belly band, but his foster believes that with a little more time, patience, and consistency, Maxson will catch on to house training quickly—especially since he’s super food-motivated and eager to please.

His only strong opinion? He’s not a fan of clippers and isn’t shy about expressing that. But don’t let that fool you—Maxson is an easygoing, lovable companion who will make your home feel full of warmth and affection.

We offer a Foster program for those who would like to provide a temporary home to one in need.

All older puppies (6 mos or more) and adults are fully vetted prior to adoption.

Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue is a NO KILL animal rescue dedicated to providing shelter and loving care (which includes food, veterinary care and any other necessity) for animals that were abused, abandoned, owner surrendered, or destined to be euthanized due to over-crowded shelter conditions. Through the use of foster homes, Proverbs will care for these animals until such time as a good, responsible, loving home can be found for all adoptable animals.
