Meet Mr. Johnny Walker! He is estimated to be 8 years old but don’t let that fool you, he’s full of life! He loves to run and play in the backyard with his foster siblings. He is very dog friendly, kid friendly and people friendly!
He was found in a park in Houston, looking very skinny. While he was shy at first, he quickly warmed up and now loves to greet his humans by jumping in circles.
Mr. Walker has a very easy going personality. He enjoys going on walks, car rides or just snuggling in bed.
He is house trained, knows basic commands and takes treats very gently.
We do have some sad news, during his vet visit they found several tumors, a soft heart murmur and he’s strong heartworm positive. Having the heart murmur he’s not able to have heartworm treatment. With all this being said he will be is in hospice care and would love to find a family to live out the rest of his life.
