Larry came to us after being abandoned in an apartment - his owners simply left him behind. As you can imagine, Larry does not understand why this has happened to him and he's missing his family and scared. The good news is, Larry will never have to feel these things again because we have promised him that we will find him the most loving home he could ever imagine. We've got ya, Larry!

When you come to meet Larry, he might seem nervous or untrusting, but we assure you we've seen a different side to Larry. He can be very sweet and accepting of attention. When we moved him into his current room here at GGOH, we carried him in our arms, no crate needed. He's been touched head to toe without incident. But right now, strangers are still strangers and he will show some apprehension. If you can overlook these early days and give Larry a chance, we just know he will become a great companion.

Larry needs a quiet home, one preferably with no other cats and no toddlers who cannot understand boundaries. And we don't know what his history has been with dogs and have not had the opportunity to introduce him to any - that's just not something you do when a newbie comes from a situation such as his. He's a pretty quiet cat and would be an ideal cat for a single person or couple in an apartment. He'd likely do well in a home too, but he would need to be confined to a single level within the home, or at a minimum, to a single room. He needs time to adjust, so please understand that before you come to meet him.
