Hiya! My name is Jobe and I'm a super handsome 14-month old male German Shepherd. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport.

Quick Facts:
Age - 1yr old
Kids - would do okay with older kids (12+)
Dogs - good with large dogs, both male & female
Cats - NO cats
Training - needs standard obedience training

1. I was surrendered to the rescue because my previous home couldn't care for me in the way I needed. Thankfully IDGSR welcomed me with open arms!

2. I am a goofy and playful young pup. I love to run in the yard and play with other foster dogs. I play really well with both males & females!

3. I would love to be adopted by a woman. I have some past trauma with men and shut down when around them. I promise to be the most loyal companion to a nice lady!

4. I need to be in an active home! I would love to go on runs, hikes, swim, or any adventure you can take me on, as long as we are together, I'll be happy.

5. I would greatly benefit from being trained in obedience. I'm super smart and eager to please, I'll do just about anything if you have yummy treats like hot-dogs! Also, training will help us bond!

6. If you are looking for a good boy, one who is affectionate, smart, adventurous, friendly, active - I'm your guy!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
