Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Millie and Sally were released at a funeral when they were just babies (still squeaking and unable to fly yet). Domestic king pigeons like Millie and Sally are born in captivity and cannot survive in the wild (or on NYC streets). These girls are lucky that they were rescued before it was too late. Millie and Sally are extremely sweet and curious girls (confirmed by DNA testing). They are used to living in a NYC apartment and love to take naps on the windowsill in the sun, to sit on the shower curtain rod to watch you shower, and preen each other. Because they came to us as babies, they are very used to being handled and even wearing diapers. They could live inside with a family or in a predator proofed outdoor aviary.
