Meet the Pet
This helps Southwest Florida House Rabbit Rescue with pet care costs.
Aurora is an easygoing, tidy 1.5-year-old bunny who’s ready to hop into her forever home! With her plush, shining coat and sweet nature, she would love a home where she’s spoiled with gentle attention and soft caresses. This brave lady bun was rescued from a hoarding situation, and on her very first night of safety she gave birth to eight babies, raising them with devotion and proving herself to be a wonderful momma. Now that her mothering days are behind her, Aurora is embracing the well-deserved relaxation of foster life—munching on hay, lounging in her castle, and enjoying a peaceful routine.
She would do wonderfully as a pampered single bun, but might also enjoy sharing her life with a “hus-bun” who matches her mellow personality. Aurora would be perfect for gentle first-time bunny parents seeking a sweet companion with a calm spirit and a big heart, and she’s comfortable living with well-behaved small dogs and gentle cats. She’s currently being fostered in the Tampa Bay area and can’t wait to find her happily-ever-after.
