Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Precious Pearl or a.k.a. Little Bitty, I am about 21 pounds of pure sassiness! I
will sit by the door and bark when I need to go out because I refuse to use the doggy door. I will
also sit by the food/treat cabinet and bark when I am ready to eat or just want a treat. And I love
treats! My favorite thing to do is play with my toys…well, I love to destroy my toys. I am very
vocal when it’s time to play though…I will growl and yell at you when I want you to get my toy or
you reach for my toy but don’t worry it's all in fun! I don’t bite! I like to play with my foster
brothers but not so much my foster sister. She thinks she’s the boss and she can’t be because I
am. Which makes me a bit dog selective, I guess. I love to lay beside you on the chair or on the
couch but I also like my alone time. Oh yeah, I can’t forget to mention I am very scared of
storms. My foster mom says I have just the perfect amount of energy to accommodate any
lifestyle. Oh, and I have one blue eye and one brown eye! How cool is that?

The adoption fee is generally based on the dog's age and provides for neutering or spaying, all required shots, heartworm testing (we endorse "the new moxie-doxy" treatment for heart worms).

It is our expectation & a requirement that heartworm preventative be continued as well as any required vet visits after the pet is adopted.

If for some reason a match isn't made the first time around and you are approved, we will keep your application on file for the next opportunity to arise. Our primary goal is to place a dog in the most suitable environment, based on the animal's individual needs and its temperament. The commitment is lifelong and the Boston's interests are always foremost.
