Billy Hope is a spunky, playful, and affectionate puppy with so much love to give! He has a lively personality and loves to engage with people and other dogs. His favorite way to show he’s excited when he sees you is with a little pirouette, though he knows he’s not supposed to jump on you! Billy’s enthusiasm is contagious, and he’ll bring tons of energy and joy into your home.

Billy is crate-trained, loves his toys, and does well in the car. As a pup with a tough start to life, he can be protective of his food, and he’s still learning to trust and needs a family that will continue with intentional socialization to help him build confidence.

Billy is a young puppy with a lifetime ahead of him to be whatever kind of companion you are looking for. Whether you need a cozy couch buddy or an exercise partner, Billy will happily fill that role. He just wants a family to call his own, and with the right guidance, he will grow into a well-adjusted, confident dog. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful pup who just needs a little time and patience to blossom, Billy Hope is the one for you. He’s ready to find a family who will love him.

Billy Hope is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 4/5 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9AM and 12PM. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame.  Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
