Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our last puppy from the Bakery Litter to be adopted, Churro is still looking for his home. Here's what his foster has to say: "He's not totally housebroken, but he's very good at showing signs of needing to go and will readily go outside in the yard (no leash). Very few accidents in the past week.
He is comfortable sleeping in a crate (with his mom) and will willingly go in it by himself, though doesn't seem to settle when alone and will need some comfort / warmth to settle. He sleeps through the night most nights (again, probably because Mom is with him).
He is VERY shy around new people, playful with other dogs, and is curious about cats but will keep his distance from them.
When not playing or cuddling with the dogs, he likes to burrow under blankets and cuddle with me and my husband.
He's also a quick learner (training is going well, he knows "sit")."
We expect Churro to be less than 20 pounds fully grown.
Puppies need vaccines every 3 weeks until they are 16 weeks old. Until those final vaccines, they don't have enough immunity for dog parks and the like. However, the litter will have received 2 rounds of vaccines by the time of adoption and can enroll in puppy kindergarten and socializing groups. This, along with continued training, is highly recommended.
The puppies are microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea and heartworm preventatives. Their adoption fee includes the spay/neuter when they are 6-9 months old.
