My name is Chip! I am a 10 month old Shepherd mix and I was rescued by the Pet Association. My first owner abandoned me in Kansas where I was left at a kill-shelter, but the Pet Association came to save me! I am nervous at first because I haven't had the best start in life. But, I warm up fast and I am a HUGE cuddler. I LOVE squeaky toys and other dogs. I am housetrained, know how to use a dog door, and I walk really well on a leash. Come see me!
