My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Microchipped, DOB: Jan 21, 2018

Storm is a beautiful, friendly cat that loves love! She doesn't sit still but she wants all the pets she can get. As a result, you'll often find yourself petting her as she paces and/or rolls around. Her favourite is butt pets but she is not picky and will even allow tummy pets. She is a bit skittish so even though she'll be asking for pets immediately she may still run away from loud noises or get spooked when you try to pet her with both hands. She is a bit overweight but nothing holds this girl back from staying active (her new parents should continue supporting her weight loss journey). She is fast, can jump high and loves playing with her best friend, Shadow. She isn't much for chatting but you may hear her calling to you from the other room every once in a while when she gets lonely!

Sometimes Storm's a lap cat but mostly she loves sitting on the back of the sofa next to her person! She also loves following you to your bedroom, jumping on the bed and rolling over for pets. You may also catch her chasing her tail once in a while, and boy does she spin around fast when she does.

She also has a deformed front paw that she keeps elevated sometimes but otherwise it doesn't seem to bother her!

Note from the foster parent: Storm loves eating from Shadow's plate (and vice versa), so I recommend starting them off with separate eating locations until they get used to their environment!

Storm’s foster parents will be sad to see Shadow and Storm go, but are excited to help these sweet cats find their forever home.

Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair is $175 per cat, versus our standard fee of $225 per adult cat.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fee is $225 per adult cat, and $300 for kittens (under 8 months old).

This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the attention they need, are spayed or neutered, and receive a rabies vaccination at the appropriate age. For City of Toronto residents, the adoption fee includes a mandatory City of Toronto cat license that is valid for one year. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way!

Note:
-Senior cats (8 years or older) have an adoption fee of the adopter's choice, vs. our standard adult adoption fee of $225.
-Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair (8 months or older) is $175 per cat vs. $225 per cat. Thanks for giving two loving friends a home together!
