My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Kade! I'm a young dog who loves to cuddle with my humans, play with other dog friends or squeaky toys, and run around in the backyard. I am recovering from mange, so my hair is a little thin, but it's starting to grow in nicely! I am house trained and learning to walk calmly on my leash. I have a medium energy level, I like to wake up, have my breakfast, play for a little while and then settle in on a dog bed near one of the human's desks while they're working. In the afternoon I like a nice long walk, and then snoozing/cuddling on the couch or chewing on a bone. I get along well with all other people and dogs that I've met so far since being in Minnesota, including children. At night I sleep in a dog bed in my foster family's room, or sometimes on the bed if I'm lucky. When they leave, I stay in my kennel. I would love a family with or without another dog, and I'd do well with kids.

Kade is estimated to be one year old and 35 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
