All of our cats and kittens receive an exam, are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, de-flead, tested for FeLV and FIV, and microchipped.
Jingles is an extremely sweet short haired black and white kitten. He loves to be with his humans and loves pets. He will come seek out his humans and lay by your feet or sit near you. He loves to play with small soft toys that he can chase or pick up with his mouth and carry around, and he will carry his favorite little toy around the whole house with him.
Since he was trapped as a feral kitten, he is still a little skittish at times, and is still learning about being picked up. He can still get a little startled sometimes as he is still learning how to be a socialized and trusting kitty. When this happens, he will not run away and hide, but he will just distance himself from what startled him until he feels more comfortable. He is a little squirmy when picked up, as he has no idea what to do with his feet.
He is a little independent guy, sweet and playful. He is a brave little explorer who just wants to sniff and check out everything. He likes to be around people all the time and if left alone he will try to search for other kitties to play with or just curl up for a peaceful nap. He loves lots of body pets, rubs and kisses, this will surely get his little motor purring. As soon as someone starts to pet him, he will lay down right on the spot for plenty of petting and most times roll over so his belly can get some pets as well. He absolutely loves treats and will come from anywhere if he thinks he is getting a treat.
Jingles would do great in a home with another cat to play with and be his companion. He has been playing with some of his foster siblings who are adults, and they tumble all over the house. He would also dowell in a home as an only cat if his humans were home often to give him lots of attention, belly rubs and treats. He likes to drink his water out of a water fountain.
This cat is currently in a foster home, so if you want to meet him or her, please fill out an adoption application. Applications can be found on our website at www.angelcathaven.com. It can be filled out online or emailed to adoptions@angelcathaven.com.

More about this rescue
Angelcat Haven is an all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing cats that are in need of a HAVEN while waiting for their loving new homes. We have rescued over 1030 cats since 2006!
This organization was formed to save a 4 month old stray kitten named Maddie, who was turned away from another shelter. With a wound of an unknown origin, (requiring a 6 month quarantine) and a broken leg. We fought for 5 days to save her and could not. Some stories do not have happy endings. Although she was small, she had a huge impact on our lives - she is our Angelcat. Our mission is to help the cats who fall through the cracks when existing shelters don't have room.
We strive to reduce overpopulation through education, by promoting reduced cost spay-neuter programs, and instituting community trap and rescue programs. Every effort is made to work with and socialize the stray, abandoned and feral cats we rescue so that they can live out their lives in a warm, loving home.
