Mints came to us with a tummy full of little kittens, and now that they are weaned and off to their forever homes, she is ready to put the "mom life" behind her to have her turn being the center of attention. She is fairlt aloof, though she does enjoy company from time to time. She can be a little on the shy side, so she is looking for a quiter home. Mints has some skin sensitivities, so she does best on a gentle formula food. She is not a fan of other cats or dogs, so she would do best as the only pet. She is about 2-3 years old.

Paws and Prayers Cats are spay/neuter, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

More about this rescue

Our primary mission is to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for homeless cats and dogs. Our secondary goal is to make sure all of these animals are spayed or neutered. It is a big task, but we are ready! Paws and Prayers is based in the Northeast Ohio region. We operate as a non-profit, incorporated organization that functions solely on the efforts of foster homes and adoption volunteers.
