OLD FASHION NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Old Fashion         Best Guess for Breed:  Cairn terrier and Australian shepherd. Maybe?

Best Guess for Age: 2.5 years as of March 2025         SEX:  Male

Approximate Weight:   32 lbs

Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen them with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
 

Currently Living at:  South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get his freedom ride up here. 

Old Fashion is Looking For:    Actually, he's looking UP to look for his forever family. Pictures do not do this absurdly adorable stubby-legged sweetie justice - you have to see him in person! Old Fashion is eager to trot alongside his humans on sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up, and make new pup pals along the way. Trying out all the toys, quality kibble, and a cushy dog bed are on his wish list as well. But what he wants most of all is to know he's safe and loved and under his own roof. (um and a new name too, please. he's feeling self-conscious about this one.)

In exchange, he promises to always be a loyal companion - and to always make you smile when you look down at him. What do you say? Is Old Fashion the one for your home and your heart?
