Penelope was born 1/19/25. Penelope is said to be a chihuahua pit bull mix. She has been socialized with dogs, cats, and kids. She’s confident, playful, and loves to snuggle. Penelope loves to shower her person with kisses. She is crate trained and rocking her potty training. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Penelope’s family should have a fenced in yard and be within an hour of Toledo, Ohio
