My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bodhi (Bodhi Bear)

Shepherd Mix - Black (brown feet and eye brows)

Bodhi and his litter mates were found on a family property in San Antonio, TX on the same night snow and sleet were in the forecast. They spent the night in a chicken coop and then found their way to their foster mom in the city so they could stay cozy in the laundry room for the cold snap. Named after a character in the Fourth Wing series, Bodhi is a leader in the pack. He loves to play with his squeaky ball! It's his favorite and sometimes gets upset if one of his siblings tries to steal it! He knows how to sit, and he's a smart boy that is food motivated. Lot's of energy, will be great exercise companion!

Not fully potty trained, but doing great! Will use potty pads.

He sleeps in his kennel. Good with dogs, and foster family kids ages 11, 16. Has not had exposure to little kids or cats yet!

The seven puppies of Fourth Wing were born around the beginning of December 2024. Some of the guesses of what these babes are include Shepherd, Pyrenees (Andarna, Bodhi and Brennan have double dewclaws, Ridoc has rear dewclaws), Rottweiler, perhaps Lab because Brennan and Xaden really love the water and some of their vocalizing resembles Husky.

Bodhi is currently being fostered in San Antonio, Texas while he waits for a committed adopter or foster to punch his ticket to head a mile high to Denver, Colorado.
