DESKTOP NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name:  Desktop          Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd/Husky mix

Best Guess for Age:  1.5 years          SEX:   male

Approximate Weight:  60lbs

Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen Desktop with cats or children but we would be happy to discuss proper integration techniques with you.

Currently Living at: SC Rescue Campus

Desktop is Looking For:  His forever home! This beautiful guy is eager to have his own humans for romps in parks and all the adventures he can dream up. He loves playing with other dogs, and wants to make pup pals along the way. He definitely has lots of energy to burn - that breed mix! - and he will thrive on ample physical activity and mental enrichment. Oh, and with that double coat of his - yeah, crank up the air conditioning when there isn't snow on the ground.

Most of all, though, he wants to know where she belongs, who his people are. In exchange he promises to be the best buddy for world exploration - and adoring gazes with those gorgeous eyes. What do you say? Is Desktop the active companion you have been seeking?

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The adoption process begins when you submit an adoption application either online or at an adoption event. The individual responsible for the dog you are interested in adopting - a position we call the “adoption coordinator” - will then set up a time to discuss your application over the telephone. The adoption coordinator will check your vet reference to make sure all current and past pets were kept up-to-date with their shots and medical care. The adoption coordinator will also set up a home visit with one of our trained volunteers. That individual will come to your home to ensure that it is a safe environment, to confirm that everyone in the home is on board with adopting a dog, and to discuss any other questions you may have about dog adoption!

Go meet their pets

Our adoption events are held each weekend. A schedule of times and locations can be found at www.luckydoganimalrescue.org.
