My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Percy, and I’m looking for a forever home where I can be your loyal companion. I was surrendered to the shelter because the resident cats just didn’t get along with me—maybe I’m just a little too excited about everything and wanted to be their friend, but it didn’t work out. I’m hoping to find a home with humans who love my enthusiasm and appreciate my playful nature.

I’m an affectionate dog who loves going on walks and exploring the world around me. I also have a pretty unique way of playing: I love to throw stuffed toys to myself! It’s pretty funny to watch, but I’m all about having fun, and I don’t mind doing it solo. Now, I should mention something: I have a bit of a sensitive system. I’ve had allergies in the past, but it’s been tough to figure out exactly what’s causing them—whether it`s something in my food or maybe something in the environment but I’d love to find a family who’s willing to work with me and my special needs. If you`re looking for a fun, loving, and playful companion who will fill your days with joy, I might just be the one for you! I promise to be your best friend and share all my quirky moments with you. Let’s go on walks together, throw toys around, and make some amazing memories!
