Let's play our favorite game "What is Sophie's mix?". At over 70 pounds she is too big to be a Jack Russell mix, she does not have the hound ears or bark, can you guess her mix? We have no clue but what we do know is she is sweet, loves to go for walks, and eats lots of treats. She is amazing in the car. Hops right in and lays down on the backseat. She is a very clean dog and a staff favorite. Sophie came to us as a stray and was never claimed. She can take a minute to warm up to new people, but once she does she is a sweetheart! At 6 years old she still has the energy for walks and hikes, but is also lazy enough to join you for a lazy day of binge-watching TV. Sophie does well with more calm dogs and has been great with the cats she met here. Sophie has a lot of love to give and we cannot wait for her to have a home to spoil her.
