His quirk is sucking, chewing, and making holes on his blankie. He's up to date on all vaccines. He needs a patient vet, as he seems to have PTSD from the shelter. He hasn't met a person he doesn't like. He's gained a little weight from foster mom's free feeding, so he definitely needs scheduled meals. Hanky needs a fenced yard. His adoption fee is $325. Interview
Once your adoption application is submitted, someone with Russell Rescue, Inc. will contact you.

Home Check
You will be required to provide a vet reference and allow us to send a volunteer to your home.
4.
Meet the Pet
Once you are approved to adopt from Russell Rescue, Inc., arrangements will be made for a meet-and-greet with your dog's foster parent.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
You are required to sign an adoption contract with Russell Rescue, Inc.
6.
Pay Fee
All of our Russell Rescue, Inc. dogs are fully vetted and spayed or neutered. The adoption fee is $275, unless otherwise noted.
7.
Take the Pet Home
You are on your way home with your Jack Russell! Give them some time to adjust to their new surroundings. Contact us with any questions.
