Hopper is an adorable five-year-old, 4-pound Chihuahua mix. Though this tiny fellow may be a little shy at first, he warms up with patience and gentle care. Once he feels safe, Hopper loves nothing more than snuggling up in cozy blankets—his happy place! He’s also a curious little guy who enjoys watching everything going on around him, always staying alert and observant.
Hopper is fine being carried, but he doesn’t walk on a leash, making him an ideal companion for someone who enjoys quiet, cuddle-filled moments. He has luxating patellas, a common condition in small breeds where the kneecap can slip out of place. Thankfully, this doesn’t cause him any discomfort, and surgery isn’t necessary at this time, though it may be considered in the future.
Hopper’s $225 adoption fee includes neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital.
