Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Joy is a beautiful, sweet, affectionate and playful puppy. She was abandoned in a field with her littermates but is now thriving in her foster home.
She loves other dogs and is a bit cautious when it comes to new people and the great outdoors. She looks to her littermate and her foster mom for guidance, but once she knows you’re nice you’ll have her heart forever.
She’s likely to be a medium/large when fully grown. She will worm her way into your heart! You just have to adopt her :):)
Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX)
Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Additional adoption info
Adoption application required.
Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..
If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.
Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.
We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.
We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
