Meet Lucky Lady #9951! This mature, refined Jack Russell Terrier mix is just 9 years young and sweet as can be! She weighs a little over 20 pounds. She’s house-trained, knows some commands, and is easy to handle. She gets along well with cats and dogs, and her foster calls her perfect—the sweetest pup ever!
