My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Freya!

Freya and her siblings were born in our care to mom Isabelle. She arrived with us very pregnant and was found on an abandoned property with several other dogs. We think that the dad of these pups was most likely a boy named Stuart, who lived on the same property. Isabelle is a mix of poodle and a fluffy breed like Shih Tzu and Stuart look like a Jack Russel mixed with a smooth coated breed. In short, these puppies are true mystery mutts but they are the most adorable pups ever.

Mom Isabelle had a smooth birth and has been a wonderful mom to her pups. The puppies have been growing healthy and strong. They eat well, sleep well, play well and are all around great little pups. They are being handled appropriately and are well socialized with visitors. They are just under 6 weeks of age (on March 19) and are ready for meet and greets with potential families. They will be able to leave mom around 8 weeks of age. At that time they will have had their first puppy vaccinations and will be chipped.

For litters of puppies, our preferred process is to arrange meet and greets in the order that applications are received.  So, the first applicant will meet all the puppies first and has first pick of the litter. The second applicant has second pick of the litter etc. (We do it this way because if someone applies for Bear but ends up liking Hazel more, the process gets very messy.)

You can submit an application for one of Isabelle's pups via our website savinggreatanimals.org and then we will reach out to you to arrange a meet and greet.

The adoption fee for each pup is $595. This also covers their spay/neuter when they are old enough (we prefer to spay and neuter between 8-12 months of age).

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
