Oliver is deaf and 10 years old. I’ve had him 3 years now and he is a sweet boy who loves nothing better than to sit or lay touching his humans. I call him my Velcro dog-he needs to be wherever I am since he can’t hear me if I’m in another room. He is a bit of a drama queen. His other favorite thing is stealing your food. He gets along with other dogs if they are smaller and non-aggressive. He does pretty well at the dog park and loves running with friends. He gets along with cats OK but will chase them when it’s dinner time or sometimes just for fun. He does not attack or bite them. He loves meeting new people, but gets a little nervous around small children and may snap if they surprise him.
I want to rehome him mainly because I am gone most of the day and he hates being alone. He will pee and poop on the floor when you leave for more than a few hours. He’s starting to lose some vision and barks a lot on walks as he feels threatened by almost anything. I haven’t had time to train him
