My story

Benji is a fun, playful little guy who is full of love and gratitude for life. He is a social butterfly who easily makes new friends and he gets excited when they join in the shananigans. Benji greets all people with love and shows his appreciation by constantly weaving through your legs, giving you big purrs to show you his pure contentment.

Benji will do well in any household. He loves people and we believe he will get along swimmingly with children who can respect his kitty boundaries – kids can be another playmate for him! In his foster home, he got along well with both adults cats and kittens. He will be happy to be adopted with a cat companion or go solo into a household that can give him all the play and attention he craves.

He loves to play sees everything as a potential toy. You'll find them scattered around the house because he just can't resist playing with them all. Whether it's a spring toy, a stuffed bird, or a ball to bat around, Benji is always up for some fun and games. Good thing he doesn't own credit card, otherwise he'd buy all the toys in the world!

One of his favorite things to do is cuddle up in bed and get some late-night pets. He is a lover of people and toys, and he enjoys playing with anything and everything. When he is happy, he will chirp and talk to you, letting you know how much he appreciates your company.

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
