Meet Toby, one of ARF's newest boys! He is a sweet and very vocal Puggle who loves to spend his days eating lots of treats, playing with his tennis ball, and telling everyone around him about his day. Toby has absolutely loved all the attention from his new ARF friends but, he is looking for his fur-ever home. His adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccines, and parasite testing.
