My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bear is a 4-month-old old bundle of energy! He is a Malinois/Doodle mix but is the runt of the litter. He is filled with a playful side and a snuggly side. Bear loves to play with his fur sister and run and play outside. He finds socks from every corner of the house and growls like a baby black bear when he plays.

Bear is working on potty training, learning by emulating his bigger foster sister. He does fairly well on a leash for a puppy and loves to be outside. Give this little snuggle bug a home!

Bear will come with age-appropriate vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $250.

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
