My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please welcome silly boy Scooby to the rescue. He is 4-5 yrs, likes the dogs here and is housetrained, working on learning pet door. He is a bit thin and we are working on getting weight on his little frame.

This guy was too sick to be in the shelter for his normal stray hold in hopes of finding his owners. He was released due to medical concerns and was skin and bones. He is a small guy, and so sweet.

All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update. You can complete an application or view all the adoptable pets on our website at www.dallasdog.org/adopt. Upon receiving your application, please allow us 2-3 business days to review and process.
