Meet Wendigo, a 4-month-old terrier mix who is the perfect definition of sass with a little bit of class! This little ball of spunk is guaranteed to have you laughing till your tummy hurts with her outgoing, hilarious personality. Wendigo joined us here at HSSM on March 10th, 2025, after being found running solo on the busy streets of Biloxi. Since then, she’s made it clear she has big dreams of being the new `IT GIRL` wherever she goes. With her loud and goofy bark, Wendigo is quick to let you know that she likes things her way—she’s not shy about asserting herself into any situation and making sure everyone knows she’s the star of the show. She loves being the center of attention and will gladly demand all the cuddles and love you have to offer. But don’t be fooled by her diva-like exterior—this little lady has a sweet and classy side too (just don’t tell her we told you!). Wendigo can’t resist a good cuddle and nap, and when she’s fast asleep, she’s the perfect cuddle buddy in training. Once she gets all her wiggles out, she’ll snuggle up peacefully and look oh-so-content in your arms. Wendigo is full of energy and adventure, so if you’re an active family who loves to explore, this little firecracker will keep up with you all day long—and possibly all night if given the chance! But don’t worry, she’ll never turn down a chance to catch a good snooze after her busy day of being fabulous. If Wendigo sounds like the pup for you, then don’t wait—run (don’t walk!) down to HSSM and give this little diva the chance to be the star of your world. She’s ready to discover all the adventures life has to offer, and she’s hoping you’ll be there to show her the way!
