Meet Cosmo, the adorable Purebred male Rottweiler puppy born on February 17, 2025! With his charming parents, Sol and Luna, also in our rescue, Cosmo is already stealing hearts, and he's just getting started! Although he won't be ready to go home until he turns 8 weeks old, we are now accepting applications for him and his brothers. We want to find the perfect match for Cosmo, so we'll carefully review each application to ensure he goes to the best home possible!
Just a week ago, Cosmo opened his eyes, and each day brings new personality traits to discover. With his dad boasting a striking block head and his beautiful mom by his side, Cosmo is sure to inherit those stunning lookshe's already starting to resemble his father! Their heads are so big, it's like they stepped right out of a cartoon!
**Our Adoption Process:** If you're excited about welcoming one of our fun-loving, not-so-rotten Rotties into your family, we invite you to fill out our questionnaire! You can find it on our website, www.rottenrottie.com, under the forms tab. This helps us get to know you better and ensures that the dog you're interested in is a great fit for your lifestyle. After reviewing your answers, if we feel Cosmo isn't the right match, we may suggest another Rottweiler companion that better suits your family.
Once we've found the perfect match, we'll set up a meet-and-greet at the dog's home, where they'll feel most comfortable. A home check is required to ensure a safe environment for our pups. To finalize the adoption, we'll sign a contract and ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults and $350 for seniors aged 6 years and above. Our puppy fees can vary based on their needs and whether they're purebred or mixed. These fees help support our mission to rehome Rottweilers, ensuring every dog is sterilized, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and comes with a collar and a leash.
Please note that we don't adopt to out-of-state applicants,

Our Adoption Process
If you are interested in adopting one of our fun-loving, not-so-rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire. This allows us to get to know you better and make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by visiting our website, www.rottenrottie.com, clicking on the forms tab, filling out the questionnaire, and submitting it online. After reviewing your answers, if we feel that the dog you are interested in is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time to meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they usually do. Finalizing the adoption requires an adoption contract to be signed, and we ask for a rehoming fee. For most of our adults, a typical rehoming fee is $400. Most of our seniors over 6 years of age, and our Rottweiler mixes are typically $250. Fees for our puppies fluctuate based on our investment in them or their litter and whether they are purebred or mixed. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome Rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and come with a collar & a leash. We also address any injury or illness they had when they came to us or received in foster care. We will disclose the problems to the adopter prior to adoption.
