MEET ROCKO:

Age: 4 months  
Weight: 28 lbs  
Breed: Tri-colored Australian Shepherd  

Rocko is a sweet and spirited boy looking for his forever home! Originally purchased from a breeder, this handsome pup was surrendered when his family realized that the energetic nature of a working breed requires more time and commitment than they could provide.

Rocko loves to play with other dogs, and would enjoy having an equally energetic canine companion! He has natural herding instincts and can get a bit mouthy during playtime, so he’ll thrive in a home with mature, dog-savvy children who can provide guidance. 

Rocko is doing well with his crate training and house manners. He’s making progress but may still get a bit excited or nervous and have the occasional accident—he’s getting better every day! He walks well on a leash, loves to run, and enjoys every car ride. 

A fan of toys, food, and treats, Rocko is very motivated to learn and grow. He’s the perfect companion for an active family ready to include him in all their adventures!

OUR FOSTER ANIMALS ARE LIVING IN FOSTER HOMES AND TREATED LIKE FAMILY UNTIL THEY FIND THEIR OWN FUREVER FAMILIES. OUR ADOPTION PROECESS REQUIRES AN APPLICATION TO BE COMPLETED AND APPROVED BEFORE A MEET-N-GREET WITH THE ANIMAL CAN TAKE PLACE. ADOPTION FEES ARE NECESSARY TO HELP US COVER VETTING COSTS FOR OUR RESCUED ANIMALS. OUR PRIMARY ADOPTION AREA IS WITHIN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN.
