My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lou is a real sweetheart. He greets everyone who comes in the door and rubs his head on their legs. He gets along fine with his foster Mom's other cats but really loves her giant dog and will lie down to sleep by him any chance he gets. Lou is great with the litter box and loves his scratching posts. He likes to play and especially likes the wand toys when the granddaughters come over to play with him. 
 
Lou had a bit of a tough road to get to this point, but he is well on his way to his best life. Unfortunately, Lou spent the last several months at animal control in a tiny little cage.  As a result, he hadn't been grooming himself (we'd be depressed, too!). That is all in the past now. He is pretty thin at the moment but recently had a dental cleaning done because he had a lot of inflammation along the gum line and he's eating much better since then. 
 
Lou is ready for the good life where he will be loved and adored. Are you ready for him?

This kitty should get along with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs given proper introductions.

Lou was born approximately February 21, 2020, and his adoption fee is $105, or adopt two and the second is half off. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, is microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. Come see this sweet boy at our adoption center this weekend!
